Shipping & Handling Policy


All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched:

After an order has been placed, it is promptly sent to our fulfillment center where we will ship your item(s) within 3-5 business days.


After handling, Item(s) should be received within 8-16 business days for orders inside the US and 12-24 business days for orders outside the US. In peak periods please allow for up to 6 business days for dispatch.

For specialty such as: Free Shipping items, Discounted items and Giveaway/Just Pay Shipping items, please allow up to 7 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

If your tracking number information states your package was delivered and you have not received it. You must ADDRESS THIS WITH YOUR LOCAL POST OFFICE. Better Rush does not hold responsibility for packages that state to be delivered. We DO NOT ISSUE A REFUND for packages that state being delivered. 

For tracking number information please contact us via our Contact Us form located on our main menu. It can take a few days following order shipment before the tracking number becomes active on the courier's system. If the information has not appeared on the courier's website, please try again later.
