RETURN POLICY
Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date you receive the product. If 30 days have gone by since, unfortunately we can't offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We do not accept returns of products that are intimate or sanitary goods, health and personal care items, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids and gases. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer. Do note that return postage fees will not be covered by us. We recommend contacting us via our Contact Us form on the main menu for full order return inquiries.



RETURN SHIPPING
You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. If you are shipping an item over $30, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee that we will receive your returned item.



REFUND POLICY
We offer a 100% money back guarantee on all items defective on delivery and orders undelivered in 60 days. We are also able to send replacement items if you would like. Please contact us via our Contact Us form on the main menu for more information on your refund request. If your order arrived damaged, please attach a video and photos for proof so we can make it right for you as soon as possible.

REPLACEMENT POLICY

Should you receive an item that is in the wrong color or size than what you originally order, please email us a picture of the item(s) showing the size tag and its original packaging within 7 days of receiving your order to get a replacement at no additional cost to you.

Reasons for replacement include:

(1) Item(s) arrived faulty or damaged

(2) We sent the wrong item - size, style, or color

(3) Order was lost in transit

Note: Please ensure all information you have provided is correct before submitting your order to prevent losses in mail or other mishaps from happening. Better Rush will not be held liable for any lost or misroute parcels due to customer error.

 
REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected we will issue the refund. Must meet our Return Policy requirements to receive full refund. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 5-7 working days.

 

FAILED DELIVERY
If the package cannot be delivered to the given shipping address due to causes ascribable to the absent cooperation of the customer (wrong or incorrect shipping address, absent receiver,) or if the customer refuses to collect the package, the package will be returned to the sender (Better Rush) at the customers expense. The expense includes shipping costs and any duty and tax the package may have incurred; this amount will be deducted from the total of the order to be refunded.
SALE ITEMS
Items purchased on sale or with a discount code are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

 

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again or Paypal account if paid via PayPal.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPMENTS & TAXES/DUTIES

Import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once your order/parcel arrives at the destination country. Better Rush is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes, or any other charges in countries outside of the United States. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery. 

Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by Better Rush.These charges are determined by the customs office of the specific destination. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office.

 

ORDER CANCELLATION POLICY
Depending on whether we have sent out your order already, we are able to process your order cancellation and refund back your money. We will guarantee to provide full refund if you cancel your order within 2 hours after you have made payment. However if 2 hours has passed since you made the order, you may have to wait for your parcel to arrive before you can return it to us.
