WHEN WILL YOU SHIP MY ITEM(S)?

All items are subject to a handling period before they are dispatched. 99% of orders leave the warehouse within 3-5 days of payment. We will notify you by email when your items have been shipped.


WHEN WILL I RECEIVE MY ITEM(S)?

After handling, Item(s) should be received within 8-16 business days for orders inside the US and 12-24 business days for orders outside the US. This may be a little longer during the holiday season.

For specialty such as: Free Shipping items, Discounted items and Giveaway/Just Pay Shipping items, please allow up to 7 weeks delivery time as they may be shipping from other countries.

If you have not received your order within the time frame listed above, then please allow at least 2-3 more days prior to contacting us to check on the status of your shipping.

WHERE ARE MY ITEMS COMING FROM?

Although our fulfillment house is located in the United States, some of our specialty items are located in other countries such as Australia, Germany, United Kingdom, and China.

 

WHY IS THE PRICE SHOWN ON THE PACKAGE DIFFERENT FROM WHAT I PAID?

Prices revealed from your respective package might be different from what you have paid but please do not worry! Usually what our fulfillment center would do is to mark extremely low prices or mark the items as gifts altogether. This is to prevent tariffs/custom import duties being incurred on your end as for certain countries these additional charges are extremely costly.


WILL MY ITEM(S) BE SENT IN ONE PACKAGE?

For logistical reasons, items in the same purchase will sometimes be sent in separate packages, even if you've specified combined shipping. Please keep this in mind when receiving deliveries.
